Mike Malvern – Real Estate Broker

I was born in Colorado and moved, with my wife Kathy, to the Grand Valley in 2005.  We moved to Grand Junction to pursue hiking, hunting, fishing, golf and all the good life the valley has to offer.   We are involved in the arts and have made many friends.  I am excited about life here and want you to get excited too.

I have worked in management in the construction and building trades for over 30 years.      My real estate specialty has been in property development as I have been building homes, and commercial properties for almost 40 years.    I have many friends in all the construction trades and have been involved in building many local landmarks.   I look forward to helping you reach your real estate goals.

Abel Martinez – Real Estate Broker

I was born and raised in Grand Junction. I lived and worked in Albuquerque NM after graduating from New Mexico State University. The pull of the Grand Valley was too strong, though, and my wife and I moved back in 1997. I love spending time in the mountains… camping, fishing, and hiking. My wife and I are both active in our church community, and we like going to Central High School football games. Go Warriors!
